		August 16^th Highgate, VT – The Tournament to crown the King of the Green Mountain 2008 has finally concluded and the man that will go on to face the SAW Heavyweight Champion will be the Northern Studd. In a hard fought contest, Studd was about to score a pinfall on CJ Scott with a little assistance from his girlfriend Lindsay Lynn. Shortly after the match, CJ Scott returned to the ring and issued a challenge to the Northern Studd to face him in a Submission Match. CJ pointed out how he had out wrestled Studd all throughout the match, and explained that it was the Studd and Lindsay Lynn’s underhanded tactics that cost him the victory. Lindsay Lynn came out to ringside to answer the challenge, allowing The Northern Studd to attack CJ Scott from behind. Studd viscously attacked the Arm and Shoulder of CJ Scott and numerous SAW officials were needed to stop the attack. The Submission match for the King of the Green Mountain’s Championship match contact is set for the September Super Show on September 6^th at the Highgate Sports Arena. In other huge news, Hanz pulled off one of the biggest upsets of all time in SAW, when his tag team, Warriors of the World(Fronz Roddy & Mackie Schrody) defeated the SAW Tag Team Champions, Team STF(Maxx Burton & Drake Evans) to win the Championships… Hanz had pulled off a major coup, when he was handed the keys to the SAW Front Office to temporarily replace the SAW General Manger Richard Willard who was recently injured in a Motorcycle accident. Hanz went on to book Fronz Roddy & Mackie Schrody against the Tag Team Champions.

VERMONT WOMEN'S TITLE RETURNS! The SAW VT Women's Title has been purchased by an independent entity. Once the deal was finalized this past week, a meeting was arranged by the title owner with the commities from three different Vermontbased Wrestling Federations: Slam All-Star Wrestling- out of Highgate, Vermont; In Your Face Wrestling- out of Rutland, Vermont; and Conquest Pro Wrestling- out of Bennington, Vermont. The three federations and the owner of the title came to an agreement. The title will now be known as the VermontWomen's Championship. All three promotions will recognize the championship. A new women's champion will be crowned in the coming months and the champion will be defending the title in all three federations. Please keep checking back for future details regarding the Vermont Women's Championship and when the title match will be taking place.
